I'm looking at 457 acres in Georgia. A friend and I are talking about going in on the property which has 98 acres of pecan trees, other trees for sale. This house has 16 rooms 6 BR 5.5 BA and is gorgeous. There is also another 3 BR 2BA house which is also nice and plenty of room to build more. We will be growing our own food plus other commercial crops like cocoa and coffee beans. I will also have a non-profit there to rescue dogs, cats and horses. We will also help single moms and others struggling and I have a commercial apparel business which will be there...the profits will fund the place once we are there. If interested in getting involved, let me know as we need people to chip in to get the property too. That or purchase a few acres at $6000 per acre. I can sell 10 acre tracts at $60,000. Then we can use the trees on the property to build a house and we all pitch in to build them.
