"It's survival of the fittest out here" is my gardening motto. My adult children have heard it for over three and a half decades. My daughter put it on a watering can as a gift for Mother's Day. A perfect fit for the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants land I have been gardening all these years. Our land is full of edible plants, flowers, veggies, fruiting bushes and trees plus medicinal/holistic gardens. Living off the land is the long term goal.
