Friday the 13th December 2019, FBI illegally initiated a search of my home acting in concert with state actors as a means of subterfuge for lawfully obtaining a warrant requiring probable cause. I was denied bail. Denied a lawyer who understands the Constitution and the bill of rights for my defense, I was denied my right to represent myself, my right to a speedy trial... my second amendment right was converted into a crime. I was dragged through the court process over a year in custody. And I was labeled "a threat to homeland security" for my very "belief in strict adherence to the Constitution of the United states."
