     I hope you choose joy, laughter, love!  Right now, many of us are being sucked into the whirlwind of current events.  Our lives are being assaulted by all sides, what is truthful, who is shading the truth, and who is outright lying?     This week, I watched a report that showed nurses were able to reduce their stress level by using virtual reality of a forest for 3 1/2 minutes.  I again feel blessed that I can walk out my front door.      My generation learned a whole lot of lessons to get through life.  Rather than relying on external sources (virtual reality, apps etc) we learned to use our own imaginations to find our "happy place".  I have learned, when I need to calm myself, to just sit down and go to that place in my mind's eye.       I hope you step out of the whirlwind occasionally, find your happy place and chose joy, laughter and love!
