Bones, skeletal structure, muscles all formed with testosterone. Chromosomes male, Every cell in the body is male. The formation and development of the brain..male. The biological male can cut it off, add it on, grow it out and play dressup and convince themselves...but they will NEVER be a woman. EVER. I can appreciate the difficult journey they have chosen. The mental anguish they suffer and the physical torture they choose to endure. I can even have empathy. I accept their choice to superficially "transition" and live as.... I expect this miniscule percentage of individuals to respect those who they desperately seek to become. They cannot replace. They cannot redefine. To do either belies their stated goal. So no. They cannot be champion of women. They aren't. They are a wannabe facsimile.
