I don't know about you but I am tired of the anger that others spew forth as normal conversation.  There is a difference between frustration anger and righteous anger.Today, in my mind, it appears that most of the anger is based in frustration.Why the frustration?  Basically no one wants to be told what to do continuously.  Think of kids and temper tantrums and outright disobedience.  Seems to me, many adults are taking behavioural cues from 3 year olds! How have we allowed civilization to sink to that level?Time to pull up your big girl panties!  Stop looking for advantages and have actual conversations.  Read, speak up and be prepared!
