So this picture captures the essence of the bullshit I'm currently dealing with at work. We have had a rule entire 8 years that I've been at this company that you're not allowed to have your cell phone out. Everybody carries their cell phone but for the longest time nobody was saying anything because we are so short-handed. Now that we are almost back up to full capacity they're starting to crack down on the cell phone usage again. Even though we all use them anyway. There is a guy in my department that is going to management at the end of every day to rat us out on who is still using their cell phones. So the other operator in my department decided to make this sign unfortunately it was taken down at the end of the day yesterday. But I felt it was completely necessary..
