Which source is accurate?  As an example, the death of the MASH star who played Major Margaret Houlihan.  This morning a local CBS crawl stated Loretta Swit had died at 84.  Later I was reading BBC news online and they had an article about Sally Kellerman dying at age 84.  So the question is who died? Both actresses played the Major, one in the movie and the other in the series.I realize that the death of an older actress is not a world changing event.  It probably doesn't affect you personally.BUT the bad reporting on a simple story like this has the potential to be world changing!  It leads right back to the accuracy of any reporting on just about any topic!  What I want is who, what, when, where, and why.  Every news story should contain these elements.  Often, at least one might be open to interpretation but should attempt to present the facts.  Again, I caution you to spend time getting information from multiple sources.  Evaluate and reach YOUR conclusions.  Speak up and prepare! Oh, by the way, the consensus is that Kellerman died.
