Breathe and tune out background noise or find a place that has a constant uninterrupted sound (silent room, air purifier, white noise, etc.)Meditation is about breathing. Take an inhale and exhale. Notice how you are breathing and settle into it. That moment between the inhale and the exhale is the stillness you are trying to achieve. Don’t hold your breath but get the inhale and exhale to match that stillness. We don’t need someone talking in your ear. Your thoughts will take space in your mind but just focus on the breathing to get to stillness.
