(The following article was originally posted 17March2020) Look what came in yesterday's mail. For those who may not know, being a radio man, I collect radio shows. Who remembers listening to Inner View? This particular episode, a six week affair, is "The History Of FM Radio'. This was aired simultaneously as the movie FM was being shown in theatres. In fact, it contains radio spots advertising the film. Sorry, I had forgotten to photograph the cue sheets. This particular set didn't have the cue sheets, they had gotten lost years ago. Fortunately, I already a a set. A collector friend, who has since passed, had the individual shows, complete with cue sheets. I had borrowed them one time, copied them to CD and xeroxed the cue sheets. Now, I have the complete package. This may not mean much to anyone else, but it does to me... Since this photo, I've cleaned and re-sleeved the records, they were played only once, but a bit dusty since sitting since 1978, they're beautiful! I'm happy to finally have a complete show of The History of FM Radio in my library. This includes great music, and artist interviews.
