Correct me if I'm wrong...
...I was under the impression it is fair use to use a trademarked logo, specifically for parody/satirical designs, as long as the parody of the logo does not cause consumer confusion or result in direct competition with the original product?
I was under the impression that Nascar was a profitable enough enterprise that they could afford to get legal advice from someone other than the ADA in Kenosha.
Also, I am pretty sure Nascar does not have the Leftiest of a fan base. That is pure speculation on my part, but banning #LetsGoBrandon from Nascar seems like it'll be bad business.
But I'm not an attorney, entrepreneur, marketer, or Nascar expert, so I could be wrong about it all...
