I've had guns around me my whole life. My dad was a cop by the time i was 3 and his service revolver was out all of the time. I was taught not to touch it, why I wasn't allowed to touch it, what could happen if i touched it and so forth. I was taught to never point anything resembling a gun at anyone ( that became quite confusing with water guns) unless I had full intentions of shooting to kill.
