I swear, I think there are Democrat operatives planting this fake stuff trying to get people to bite on it so they can claim the people who bit are ignorant (if you do, you are).In the first place, courts don't independently investigate. They rule on issues brought before them.In the second place, elections are STATE jurisdiction. Congress has no authority in the matter, with the sole exception of addressing civil rights violations perpetrated by state governments.If we continue to be dumb enough to fall for this crap, we're never going to win what we should.
