The cat is out of the bag now , law enforcement let it slip out that cell phone companies have the ability to identify anyone in a specific area , at a specific time... So if you are on the government's radar for any reason , the government will now be able to , not only track your movements , but also anyone else that was in the same area as you.. This smacks of Big Brother , invasion of privacy and , even better for them , you are paying for the tracking device..
