Just a quick update. There has been some progress on the Major A. G. Happer memorial inside his former home, now owned by Washington &Jefferson College. In 2018, there was a plan to place a bronze marker in the home. That fell apart when the woman in charge left.I spoke with W&J recently, & they are now looking into reviving the project! Very good news.When I know more, I'll let you know.J.D.
