9th circuit court should be reported on daily regulatory on there deliberately sabotaging the constitution, Americans, morality, and peace encouraged sustainable law. It's been an observation consistently that they will obstructing the peoples vote,constitution, and our country's stability. They are guilty of many crimes against the nation .. it's time to call up military tribunals and firing SQUADS as per severe crime against the people.
