We love seeing our meat, especially when we see this! We keep tabs on our steers from day 1 of receiving them to the day we get the beef back from the butchers. We not only watch their health but watch everything down to their gains, how their finishing out to what their meat looks like in the end so we know what to change in our program and those we purchase our quality steers from.There is so much that goes into this business I can't even begin to start. However it's such a great feeling to see the end results come out to this!
