Today was State Day, the 225th anniversary of Tennessee joining the Union. I was honored to be asked to carry the state flag and while the politicians were talking about the rich history of this place, it made me wonder if there will be a celebration 225 years from now. God bless Tennessee and God preserve the heart of America.
