Your wisdom is inside you. Your wisdom is not hidden inside another person, under a rock, locked in a bank vault, written on parchment, nor withheld from you. By all means, you can be inspired by knowledge or information from books, friends, coaches, family, nature, travel. It is wonderful to inspire and be inspired by others, to engage with them, to share experiences. With or without conscious intention, you can learn from everyone and everything. You can learn from others WHAT TO DO as well as WHAT NOT TO DO. Do not give your power away. Find the power within yourself. Not sure how? Keep it simple: relax yourself by focusing on your breathing, move your attention from your head to your heart space, and open yourself to listen to your heart. Seek, find, and honor your wisdom inside yourself. ????????? ??
