I know there are a lot of scammers on here. But I have been wrong before about a couple and I felt bad about how I acted to them because I made assumptions. I can confirm that the photos uploaded carry an EAT timezone (East Africa) and that he claims a Uganda location (which would be correct for this timezone). I am attempting to determine the method of Internet connectivity.
