View MoreNot to be a kill-joy but it seems to me that rocket-based propulsion systems for lift-off appear to be 20th-century technology. Ion thrust (declassified SR-71) and electrogravitics one would think would be our newer vehicles to the stars (or throughout or solar system). Anything? Does Musk need people who understand this "new, new thing"?
