Doesn't taste nice but combine it with meditation, (stress lowers your immune system) intermittent fasting and drink plenty of water and you can get rid if a cold in 3 days.
*Boil 3 cups of water in a pan with a heaped teaspoon of cinnamon, a heaped teaspoon of ginger and a few cloves, reduce down to round abouts 2 cups then let it cool right down. (Heat activates the medicinal properties in these spices)
*While that is boiling, peel and chop a bulb of garlic (leave the garlic to sit for a while, this helps to activate the allicin)
*Juice 2 lemons and add the juice to the water mix
*Add 2 tablespoons of honey (I add one manuka honey and 1 organic honey but this is optional) make sure water has cooled right down because heat destroys the medicinal properties in honey.
*Mix it together and blend it
*I usually pour it in a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days
*Have 3 tablespoons every few hours
You can have parsley on standby so you can eat a bit every time you have some to deodorize the smell of the garlic.
Avoid dairy and sugar as much as possible while poorly, sugar suppresses your immune system for up to 4 hours and dairy causes mucus build-up and inflammation
